As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This person can work remote BUT be based in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Oregon, Colorado or Texas area. The travel will be up to 30%.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
- Oversee the management and construction of projects within region to ensure timelines, specifications, quality and costs are achieved within approved parameters.
- Ensure direct, indirect, outsourced service providers and vendors provide consistent, high-quality services.
- Ensure team compliance with corporate and local standards and procedures related to design approval (construction, safety, fire and premises occupation requirements, including permits).
- Collaborate with Client AD&E and Program Leads to facilitate programmatic deliverables and budgets (charters) for review and approval.
- Collaborate with CBRE and Client leadership to ensure implementation strategy and overall branch construction completion.
- Demonstrate fluency with Client Design Guidelines as applied to project implementation.
- Act as first point of escalation for all project related issues and opportunities requiring timely resolution.
- Work with governance and control organization to ensure governing standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with the regional client Construction Leads to ensure client responsibility vs landlord responsibility.
- Identify and escalate all gaps in scope of work for escalation and resolution.
- Manage the performance of external consultants and vendors in a collaborative and cooperative manner.
- Ensure Project Managers establish direct communications with all CBRE and Client Vendors to maintain timely and accurate project implementation.
- Lead all necessary vendor training as needed based on the programmatic variations ensuring vendors have updated guidelines/client direction
- Focus and document continuous improvement of program innovation, cost, process and time savings.
- Develop specific client requirements and establish clear and verifiable expectations.
- Ensure a consistent standard and approach to delivery and design across the regions.
- Seek and implement time saving and process refining tasks to ensure comprehension and compliance.
- Ensure project team adherence to the client issued Playbook, Design Guidelines and all other written policies
- Ensure project team compliance with all CBRE and Client Health and Safety policies
- Ensure all required documentation is memorialized timely by the project team via PM Web, MS Teams or other tools.
- Provide assistance and guidance for scoping and evaluation of prospective work as part of due diligence exercises.
- Schedule and lead project meetings as required, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
- Create and distribute project status/project progress reports to team and management as required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

Preferred Experience:
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
