What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role:

• Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment)

• Previous data centre or mission-critical facilities experience is preferred

• Working knowledge of electrical systems for maintenance of HV & LV systems is required

• Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms

• Addressing on-site air-conditioning issues

• Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU's, etc.)

• Fault-finding and executing repairs

• Preparing timely and accurate reports

• Ensuring work complies with industry regulations

• Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders

What You'll Need:

• Valid Mechanical (AC/R) License /ARC License

• Minimum Certificate III qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

• 3-5 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration is required

• Valid OH&S cards - optional

• Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)

• Valid Driver's License

• Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems- Nice to have

• Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance

• White Card – optional but preferred
