JOB SUMMARY

·       Responsible for leading and executing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income and long-term value of the company’s real estate portfolio. This role oversees tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, renewals and tenant relationship management.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Develop and implement leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals

·       Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and tenant opportunities

·       Recommend rental rates, lease terms and incentive packages aligned with approved strategies

·       Manage end-to-end lease negotiations, from prospecting to contract signing

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants

·       Oversee lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations

·       Network with brokers, agents, and corporate tenants to generate leads

·       Identify opportunities to secure new tenants

·       Monitor leasing performance against budget and KPI

·       Collaborate with finance and asset management on rent collection

·       Performs other duties as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Supervise leasing officers, provide training and manage performance

·       Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the leasing team

·       Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. 

·       Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. 

·       Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.


Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

·       At least 7 years experience in leasing, with at least 3 years in leadership role

·       Strong track record in closing deals for office, retail, or mixed-use developments

·       Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills

·       Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, laws and contracts

·       Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
