Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement RCM strategies to optimize project performance and reliability.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to foster professional development and enhance project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 25+ years of experience in project management within commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Strong background in business development and sales; proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
