Senior Moves Manager (MAC) – Paris

About the role
You’ll lead the delivery of Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) projects for key client accounts. Your focus will be on safe, efficient delivery—on time and on budget—while ensuring a high-quality client experience and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, managing everything from space planning and occupancy strategy to supplier coordination and project delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for
• Managing end-to-end MAC projects in line with company standards and safety requirements
• Acting as the key client contact for move, change, and space planning activities
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed commercial terms
• Coordinating and managing suppliers and contractors
• Providing accurate reporting on project performance and key metrics
• Developing creative space planning solutions to improve workplace efficiency
• Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities and generating leads
• Contributing to revenue growth and improving project profit margins
• Ensuring sustainability principles (including circular economy practices) are applied

What we’re looking for
• Experience managing workplace moves, space planning, or similar projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and contracts
• Experience working with suppliers or third-party contractors
• Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel and MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
• Experience with AutoCAD and CAFM/space management systems
• Knowledge of corporate environments and move management
• Understanding of sustainability and circular economy principles
