CBRE is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Corporate Services (Indirects) to support a critical M&A integration across our Advisory business. This is a fixed term, delivery focused role designed for a procurement professional who thrives on pace, complexity and tangible outcomes.

This isn’t business as usual. This is about stabilising, integrating and optimising indirect procurement during a pivotal period of change.

The Opportunity
  • Play a key role in a live M&A integration
  • Lead concurrent tenders across print, digital marketing and technology
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Advisory, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Digital
  • Deliver outcomes that will shape how the combined business operates long after the contract ends

What you’ll be doing
  • Executing priority sourcing and supplier activities across indirect OPEX spend (~$13M)
  • Leading end to end RFTs, commercial negotiations and contract transitions
  • Establishing fit for purpose Digital & Technology software contracts
  • Embedding CBRE procurement governance, compliance and risk standards
  • Capturing synergies, mitigating risk and ensuring continuity of service

About You

You’re a commercially astute procurement professional with:
  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement or category management
  • Strong exposure to Marketing, Professional Services or Travel categories
  • Proven success negotiating contracts >$5M annual spend
  • Confidence operating in fast paced, matrixed environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
