  • Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current client base.
  • Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
  • Prepare request for proposals and real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
  • Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
  • Assist with preparing offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under direct supervision.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder; REB license holder is preferred
  • Must have 7 years' experience in sales or leasing
  • Background in leasing for Industrial & Logistics industry is highly advantageous
