Job Description
At CBRE-Streetsense, we are looking for an Experience Strategist focused on the hospitality market (F&B preferred), ideally with a hybrid background in consulting firms and operators (preferably within the hotel industry).
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and experience design. The objective is to shape hospitality concepts that not only create compelling guest experiences but also drive commercial performance and asset value.
The ideal candidate understands that experience design in hospitality must ultimately translate into revenue generation, financial performance, and investment value, and is comfortable working with both creative and financial frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
– Integrate experience strategy and business strategy as a core component of CBRE-Streetsense’s hospitality consulting projects.
– Lead the development of experience-driven hospitality concepts—from market and audience analysis to brand positioning, storytelling, and guest journey definition.
– Connect guest experience design with commercial logic, ensuring that concepts translate into revenue opportunities and asset value creation.
– Contribute to the definition of hotel positioning, product strategy, and experience architecture, aligning brand, operations, and financial performance.
– Support the development of F&B strategies and concepts as a key lever within the overall hospitality experience.
– Collaborate with architects and designers to translate strategic concepts into spatial, operational, and business requirements.
– Support the creation of experience programming and activations aligned with both brand narrative and commercial objectives.
– Contribute to the commercial development and strategic positioning of CBRE-Streetsense’s hospitality advisory practice.
Requirements
– Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Design Strategy, or related fields.
– 5 to 10 years of experience in hospitality strategy, operations, consulting, or experience design, ideally with exposure to hotel and F&B environments.
– Strong expertise in experience strategy methodologies, including brand platform development, concept development, and customer journey design.
– Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret financial models, understand key hospitality KPIs, and translate experience concepts into commercial impact.
– Proven ability to connect experience design with revenue generation, profitability, and asset value creation.
– Understanding of hospitality operations including F&B positioning, spatial strategy, and service design.
– Strong professional network in the hospitality sector (operators, brands, chefs, suppliers, etc.).
– Proficient in English.
– Strong command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to Have
– Experience working on hotel repositioning, concept creation, or asset enhancement projects.
– Ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator) for creating presentations and visual briefs.
