Job Responsibility：

  • Assistance in the consultancy services of industrial and logistic investment towards well-known foreign and domestic investors.
  • Effective supports to internal research activities, including fundamental investment research, sourcing brokerage reports, and analyzing industry research.
  • Comprehensive Research of assigned sectors, including data collection, data clean-up, data analysis, market trend forecast, report writing.
  • Ready for any other tasks assigned by seniors.

 

Job Requirement：

  • Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor degree from accredited Universities is require; and A Master degree from accredited universities is preferred.
  • Skilled in Chinese and English writing and oral communication.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to details and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently as approaching to the deadlines.
  • Good team player and self-learner.
  • Related working experience not necessary but experience and general knowledge in macroeconomic analysis, industrial, real estate consultancy will be a plus.
