As we scale our Private Infrastructure portfolio, Asset Management plays a mission critical role in driving operational performance and long term value. You will partner with deal teams, senior executives, boards, senior advisors, external operating partners, and other stakeholders to accelerate value creation and manage risk across our assets.

- Onboard and support assets throughout the lifecycle, including 100‑day plans; KPIs and targets setting; governance and monitoring frameworks; management incentives and assessments; and more.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial and operational information to diagnose performance, identify early‑warning signals, and design de‑risking plans.
- Lead cross‑portfolio initiatives and synergies in selected functional areas.
- When required, lead and coordinate specific value‑creation projects, including post‑merger integrations (bolt‑ons), refinancings, major contract renegotiations, management assessments, and exit preparation.
- Partner with senior leaders across CBRE to deliver strategic objectives.
- Support special projects, research, and initiatives related to portfolio investments.
- Mentor and develop less‑experienced colleagues.
What you’ll need

- Sector experience in one or more: digital infrastructure (e.g., fiber‑to‑the‑home/FTTH, wholesale telecom), renewables, transportation.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable financial impact (e.g., yield generation, revenue growth, margin expansion, EBITDA improvement, balance sheet optimization).
- Highly numerate with strong technical analytical skills; able to structure ambiguous problems, drive pragmatic decisions and actions, and shift between detail and a “helicopter” view.
- Exceptional relationship‑building, senior‑stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with meaningful C‑suite and board exposure, especially in complex stakeholder environments.
- Rigorous prioritization skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Strong academic record with an undergraduate degree in a quantitative/STEM discipline; MBA (or equivalent advanced degree) from global tier 1 programs preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing 100‑day plans and performing ongoing business‑plan reviews.
- Experience evaluating and incentivizing management teams.
- Experience working in deal environments (e.g., due diligence, integration planning).
- Functional expertise in one or more: platform stand‑ups, governance, organization design and compensation, procurement, Office of the CFO, enterprise IT architecture, HSE, CAPEX, Digital and Analytics, sustainability integration.
