CBRE is seeking an exceptional Commercial Manager to help lead the strategic and operational performance of QV1, an award winning Premium Grade asset in the heart of the Perth CBD. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to elevate QV1’s position as a national leader in tenant experience, innovation, and enduring owner value.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide leadership to the Property Management and Experience & Marketing teams, ensuring delivery against strategic and operational plans 
  • Support the development of annual business strategies aligned to owner objectives by monitoring market trends, economic data and competitive insights 
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through proactive tenancy management and commercial insight and decision-making
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, leasing analysis, negotiation support and preparation of financial performance and recommendations 
  • Relationships with Perth based tenants, advisors, partners, and service providers 
  •  Activation of the QV1 Experience strategy across concierge, wellness, retail and amenity offerings

About you:

You are a commercially astute, people focused leader with a strong background in commercial real estate. You will bring:

  • Several years’ experience in commercial property, asset management or related real estate fields
  • Proven experience leading teams in a Premium or A Grade office environment
  • Strong commercial acumen in leasing, negotiations, risk management and financial evaluation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across owners, tenants, service partners and advisors
  • Outstanding stakeholder, client and tenant relationship skills 
  • WA Real Estate Certificate or Licence (required) 
  • Tertiary qualifications in property/business (preferred)
