About the Role:

As a CBRE GMP Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property and grounds.

This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor.

This role has a fixed shift time which is between 5:00pm to 1:30am

What You’ll Do:

• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.

• Examine property for safety hazards, and reports problems to Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff.

• Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.

• Modify the scope of cleaning and maintenance based on the specified needs of the particular property.

• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

• Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders.

• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The salary range being offered for the  Porter position is between $35,000 annually and $45,000 annually.
