CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a CMMS Coordinator for our site based in Dunton.
Responsibilities
· Maintain daily/weekly production of work requests via the Maximo database for Ford, in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and statutory legal requirements and sort/distribute to relevant departments/CBRE teams.
· Work closely with FM and Engineering team to ensure process, procedures and timelines are met within the KPIs.
· Maintain and file hard copies of Maximo data as required.
· Generate standard reporting, pivot into user-friendly format and produce for stakeholder review.
· Complete ad-hoc proactive data analysis and trend reviews, providing insights for managers.
· Coordinating with sub-contractors and issue relevant work requests.
· Report data in appropriate electronic and manual files.
· Work with Ford internal customers to agree content and programme new schedules as required.
· Maintain and supply monthly reports for management. Interrogate databases and present data in management formats.
· Create and/or modify maintenance Planned Maintenance schedules as requested by Ford personnel.
· Attend meetings with client CBRE Management as required.
· Raise and process Expense Purchase Work Orders, Advance Purchase Requisitions as requested by Ford Management using the Ariba system, update tracking sheet.
· IFM cover for procurement on CBRE myBuy system.
· Provide flexibility to support other CBRE administration functions in the office such as reacting to waste disposal requested, ordering skips/waste collections, printing and distributing shippers, logging off sub-contractors work sheets
· Retrieving Weekly Water meter readings around site, updating & completing Manual/Electronic worksheets and file accordingly for audit purposes
· Updating Water treatment Graphs for audit purposes.
Skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
· Previous experience of PM planning and reactive works, ideally on Maximo system or similar.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint.
