About the Role:
The ANZ Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the service delivery teams on the Client's account across all ANZ Regions in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Based in Sydney, this person will also provide significant support to the APAC Finance Lead with operational financial support.

The ANZ Senior Finance Analyst position is a client facing hands-on role which will have high interface with the Client's business, CBRE employees and potentially key vendors.

What You’ll Do:
  • To provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success
  • Issue purchase orders for call outs, monthly maintenance visits, delivery of materials etc
  • Create PO’s in CBRE in house systems and maintain records to ensure this is managed pro-actively
  • Ensure use of preferred suppliers is maximized and best practice is in place
  • Facilitate vendor payment processing
  • Prepare billing in a timely manner to ensure no impact on cash flow
  • Support CBRE/Client control reconciliation
  • Ensure integrity of financial transactions for contract
  • Initiate and coordinate on-boarding and departure process for third-party contractors
  • Provide other administrative support to the management team when required with tasks relating to Vendor Management, Projects, Budgets and Financials
  • Always act legally and within the parameters of accepted business practice. Undertake no course of action that may result in legal action against CBRE or otherwise bring the company into disrepute
  • Other tasks as required to meet Master Service Agreement deliverables.
  • Ensure strict compliance with client & company WHS policies.

What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in AP/AR in property industry or graduate in Accounting and/or Finance is advantageous
  • Experience using JD Edwards and Coupa would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Preferable prior experience in property or hospitality services
  • Excellent customer service relationship and communication skills
  • Self-starter, proven ability to take initiatives and get things done without much supervision
  • Ability to prioritise multiple requests and coordinate effective and supportive responses in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with CBRE employees and clients.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • The ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible and innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Dependable and flexible approach, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Assertiveness – confident and effective in putting across point of view to others
  • Persistence – does not let issues go; follow up on issues through to resolution
  • Client and team focus – put client’s and team’s needs first; always consider impact of actions on clients and team
