About the Role:
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will assist in the management of Environmental Health and Safety programs relative to a specific account or market area. This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support regulatory compliant and client aligned program development, including evaluating existing programs and maintaining current plans, playbooks, and procedures.
  • Serve as an Environmental Health & Safety resource, providing guidance, expertise, and clear communication of complex or sensitive information to staff and internal partners.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities while improving service quality and contributing to customer, operational, and project activities across multiple teams.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to deliver complex work, offer innovative solutions, and coach others by sharing deep expertise across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead by example—modeling CBRE RISE values, influencing consensus, and operating effectively within broad guidelines and policies.

What You’ll Need:
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant government required certifications and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong analytical judgment, organizational skills, and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to perform moderately complex math and financial calculations and approach solutions with a fresh perspective.

Pay Disclaimer:
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
