About the Role:

  • mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support,
  • preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
  • CBRE is seeking a Multi-Skilled Sr Technician to support various sites within our Healthcare sector, encompassing hospitals and clinics in the Memphis TN area. What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make complex repairs.
  • Install and modify building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
  • Verify new or existing installations follow building codes and safety regulations. Recommend solutions for violations to management.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.


What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  •  Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  •  Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
