About the role
As a CBRE Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic custodial, building, and other maintenance duties.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What you’ll do
• Develop skills to perform basic preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.
• Complete paperwork for property damage, equipment malfunctions, and unusual activities.
• Assist with monitoring the supply, equipment usage, and record inventory needs.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What you’ll need
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $20.00/hr. and the maximum salary for this position is $24.15/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
