About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated REIB Intern for starting in May/June 2026 to Dec 2026. This role offers hands-on exposure to an investment banking platform which is fully integrated into the wider CBRE real estate capabilities and client base. 

As a REIB intern, you will work closely with senior team members who provides strategic advice to clients and execute transactions across M&A and capital raising. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a career in REIB as you will have exposure across the various real estate sectors within APAC and opportunities to participate in business development and deal execution. 


What You’ll Do:
  • Pitch books and presentations: Support the preparation of marketing materials, pitch books, and client presentations.
  • Industry and market research: Support research on companies, sectors, real estate data and macro trends to support pitching and deal execution.
  • Market database and news flow: Support the preparation and maintain trading and transaction comps; track deal and investor activities
  • Financial modelling and analysis: Support the creation and maintain operating and financial models for valuation, M&A, and capital raising transactions.
  • Valuation and returns analysis: Support asset and platform valuation using DCF, capitalization method, trading and transaction comparables etc. 

What You’ll Need:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field - Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint and Word.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
