About the Role:

As a CBRE Global Responsible Sourcing, Compliance & Risk Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the account’s supplier compliance, responsible sourcing, ESG coordination, and risk control agenda for a key global technology account. You will help ensure that supplier requirements are embedded into sourcing and contract processes, compliance evidence is maintained, audits are supported, and procurement contributes meaningfully to the client’s broader sustainability and responsible business commitments.

This role is part of the Procurement function and serves as a central point of coordination for ESG reporting, supplier compliance, Responsible Business Alliance expectations, risk escalation, and corrective-action follow-through. The role works across global and regional teams to embed high standards into the supply base while helping the account remain audit-ready and commercially resilient.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the responsible sourcing, supplier compliance, and procurement risk agenda for the account.
  • Embed supplier compliance requirements into sourcing and contracting processes, including responsible sourcing, environmental, safety, and related account expectations.
  • Coordinate supplier compliance evidence, onboarding requirements, and supporting documentation to strengthen control and audit readiness.
  • Lead or coordinate RBA-related activity, supplier compliance reviews, and supporting audit preparation.
  • Support quarterly ESG reporting across relevant procurement-related categories such as waste, energy, water, plastics, office supplies, and green cleaning.
  • Support Scope 3 data collection and work with stakeholders to improve the quality and usefulness of supplier sustainability information.
  • Track supplier compliance gaps, risks, and incidents, and ensure timely escalation and corrective-action follow-up.
  • Partner with regional procurement leads to drive consistent supplier flowdowns and compliance standards.
  • Maintain structured records for supplier compliance, audit history, training evidence, acknowledgements, and remediation actions.
  • Help strengthen supplier-risk visibility by identifying recurring themes, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support account mobilization and ongoing operations by ensuring supplier compliance requirements are clear, documented, and operationalized.
  • Promote a practical, forward-looking responsible sourcing culture across the procurement team and supply base.
  • Plus other duties as required from time to time

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience in procurement, supplier compliance, ESG, responsible sourcing, risk management, or supply chain governance. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong understanding of supplier compliance programs, audit support, and risk-management principles.
  • Experience working with ESG reporting, responsible sourcing standards, supplier onboarding controls, or sustainability-related procurement processes.
  • Strong ability to interpret policy requirements and translate them into practical supplier controls.
  • Confidence managing sensitive issues, escalations, and compliance follow-up in a professional and solution-oriented way.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work across functions and geographies.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams while maintaining a clear view of priorities and risks.
  • Good analytical capability and confidence handling supplier data, evidence packs, and reporting templates.
  • Familiarity with RBA, EHS, supplier due diligence, or audit frameworks is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting matrixed global teams or large strategic accounts is advantageous.
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability required, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
