Job Description


Job Purpose:

The Gateway Contract Support role provides efficient and professional support to the Gateway operation and ensures provision of a high-quality business environment.

The role can be a first and frequent point of contact for CBRE employees and 3rd party contractors and customers. As such, this role is 100% office based at The Gateway, Leeds.

Role Summary

·       Accountable for maintaining a professional image representing The Gateway in all contact with CBRE employees, clients, and 3rd. parties including demonstration of RISE values.

·       Greeting visitors and maintenance of visitor process.

·       Maintain fulfilment and records of Gateway maintenance schedule including sub-contractor liaison.

·       POC for office equipment and control of unassigned KIT i.e headsets/Leads etc.

·       1st Point of Contact and initial ownership of Gateway related issues and escalations.

·       Maintenance of FOB security including access profiles, creation, lost fob, and leaver deletion.

·       Effective fulfilment of Invoice Pool including resolution of issues and queries and proactive management of gateway utility payments

·       Management of meeting room suite including provision of profession working environments

·       Maintenance and provision of professional office space i.e First POC for any reactive faults, empty bins/dishwasher, Kitchen Maintenance - Fruit, Milk, Fruit, Dishwasher emptied.

·       Maintenance of QHSE documentation including liaising with Divisional QHSE Director.

·       Maintain car park rota.

·       Support Office Induction of New Starters.

·       Support for events hosted in the Gateway.

·       Collect and distribute post and handle deliveries to Gateway.

·       Owning relationships of sub-contractor contracts and escalations.

·       Purchase Order raising for Gateway related items.

·       Stationary - Monitoring & Ordering.

·       Maintenance of Tuck Shop.

·       POC and liaison for the Gateway FM Team i.e fire alarm tests.

·       Effective Support for the Central Gateway Team.

·       Undertake general administration duties as required.

·       Support with Smart Sheet Maintenance

·       Support and fulfil other Gateway duties and prescribed by line manager

·       GCSE passes in English and Maths

·       Further or Higher educational qualifications
