IA&R is hiring for an EMEA People Operations and Global People Projects Lead to be based in Warsaw, Poland. This role has two distinct areas of focus but in both areas will act as the key connector between the Investment Accounting and Reporting (IA&R) business and the centralised global and regional HR services. 

The first objective is to ensure that global HR initiatives and cyclical HR processes are effectively coordinated and implemented across the IA&R business, in partnership with in-country HR Business Partners.

The second objective to oversee and drive the delivery of People Operations services in EMEA, working in close partnership with the CBRE shared service People Operations function and local Business Partners.  This role will be responsible for accurate employee payments, onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration, immigration, regulatory and statutory reporting, and third-party vendor management. 

While not responsible for day-to-day HR delivery, this role owns the coordination, communication, and alignment of global projects within EMEA, ensuring consistency and compliance across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global HR Project Coordination
‒Own the rollout of global HR initiatives and cyclical activities (e.g., talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management).
‒Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for global projects across EMEA.
‒Act as the point of contact for global HR teams to ensure smooth implementation in the region.
‒Ensure global HR programs are communicated clearly and adapted appropriately for local requirements.
‒Support change management efforts to embed global processes locally.


2. EMEA Operations

‒Serve as the liaison between EMEA business units and centralised HR operations.
‒Monitor and ensure the use of People Operation’s technology (ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Time & Attendance, EDM) identifying ways to promote self-service adoption and identify process efficiencies.
‒Monitor third-party vendor SLA's and be an escalation point for vendor management where service or scope requirements need to be addressed during the life of a supplier agreement.
‒Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, eliminate, or enhance processes to drive efficiencies, making recommendations to ensure continuous improvement
‒Lead as a change agent, driving operational excellence, finding and bringing value to the countries by saving costs, increasing efficiency, and stronger controls and governance
‒Streamlining processes across multiple geographies, driving consistency, and ensuring variances local regulations are accounted for with the main goal to standardize and increase efficiency across the region.

3. Reporting & Insights

‒Deliver project reporting and data analysis linked to cyclical processes to the Global Head of People
‒Produce KPI reporting for operational activity across EMEA. 
‒Review monthly reports and dashboards to ensure services delivered are done so efficiently to required standards, identifying improvement areas or gaps for process review or improvement.

Person Specification/Requirements

‒Bachelor’s degree HR, Business Administration, Economics, or any other relevant discipline, with minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources
‒Solid understanding of functions and processes in HR Operations with a Shared Service model, a mix of decentralized and centralized HR Operating models, and working in a hybrid model
‒Strong stakeholder management and engagement, working in a collaborative manner
‒Experience working in a multi-national, highly matrixed, and fast-moving services businesses 
‒Comfortable working in a complex and highly ambiguous environment
‒Capability to build positive and productive relationships both vertically and horizontally
‒Passionate about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, providing recommendations on suggested approaches
‒Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other relevant languages advantageous
‒Solid knowledge and understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft, Service Now, Avature or other HR Systems related databases 
‒Skilled in use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.  Familiar with PowerBI.
