About the Role:

As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a small or mid-size market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
  • Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
  • Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.

  • Two years of related experience or training.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal conversation skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
