Responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs on various property management disciplines and tasks to deliver comprehensive training content and programs to prepare individuals for successful careers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Property Management practices, a passion for teaching, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment. This role will involve curriculum development, content creation and support the role out of training programs and initiatives.

About you:
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably within the property management, commercial real estate industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and identify performance gaps, translating findings into actionable training solutions.
- Experience with industry best practices and a strong understanding of property management operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
