We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a mechanical/HVAC bias to lead a site maintenance team and subcontractors, delivering safe, compliant, and high‑quality PPM and reactive maintenance services in line with CBRE and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, and compliance across all maintenance activities.
• Manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring competency, training, and strong performance.
• Oversee PPM, reactive, and emergency works, ensuring SLAs and statutory compliance are met.
• Manage subcontractors, control of works, permits, and site inspections.
• Ensure all maintenance activity is accurately recorded on the CAFM system (M5K), including reports, recommendations, and WebQuotes.
• Control costs, manage budgets, and negotiate best value with suppliers.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate on‑call rotas and support asset and engineering teams as required.

About You

• Time‑served Mechanical / HVAC engineer
• Proven supervisory experience in a maintenance or FM environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant, building services, and maintenance operations.
• Confident with CAFM systems and compliance-led working.
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused.
