This role sits within our Taranaki regional office, supporting local valuers in a close knit, supportive environment where the right person can make a meaningful impact quickly. We are looking for a confident and organised Team Administrator, providing vital support to our Central Support Hub (Waikato, Tauranga, Rotorua, Hawke’s Bay and New Plymouth). If you love fast-paced environments, are strong with systems, and enjoy being the go-to person for a busy team, this role is for you.
The Opportunity – Te āhei
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and valuation support, helping ensure reports and day to day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up valuation reports and ensuring all documents are prepared accurately and on time
- Searching titles, rates information, and supporting documents such as flood maps
- Finalising reports and preparing PDFs for delivery, processing supplier invoices, and handling expense reimbursements
- Providing daily administrative support to valuers, the local leader, and the office
- General office administration to keep things moving seamlessly
About you – Mō koe:
- 2–3 years of administration experience, ideally within the property sector, with strong systems capability (especially Microsoft Office).
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work at pace while maintaining high quality outputs.
- Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Available to work 5 days per week in the office, with potential flexibility after the 90 day period.
