CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Multi‑Skilled Engineer to support a large industrial site in Nottinghamshire. This role involves providing electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, machinery, and building services to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs 
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance, improving equipment performance and reliability
  • Working on motors, drives, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Supporting health & safety through risk assessments, permits, and compliance documentation
  • Using CAFM systems and mobile devices to manage maintenance tasks
  • Liaising with site services, clients, and supervising contractors
  • Supporting the team as a responsible person and deputising for the Shift Leader when required
  • Working overtime, including weekends, as business needs require

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Time‑served or recognised engineering apprenticeship
  • Strong building maintenance or FM experience
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
  • 18th edition
  • Ability to write Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permits to Work

Desirable

  • Working at Height, IPAF, or AP qualifications
