職務概要
クリティカル環境における高品質な日常運用・保守サービスを提供し、ビジネス継続性を確保する役割です。

主な業務内容

• 施設管理サービスの統括（予防保守・臨時保守、消防・機械・電気サポート、環境安全ガイドライン遵守）
• サイト運営管理により、クライアント業務への影響を最小化
• シフト／デイテクニシャン、必要に応じてベンダー・業者の現場活動管理
• テクニシャンの指導・育成・パフォーマンス管理
• 作業許可証の発行・承認（高電圧、火災隔離、熱作業など）
• クライアントミーティングの実施・記録
• 技術的・運用上の改善提案

応募資格・スキル

• データセンターまたはクリティカル環境（発電所、工場、空港、病院など）での施設管理経験
• データセンターインフラ（UPS、発電機、CRAC、ケーブリング等）の理解があれば尚可
• ビジネスレベルの日本語（N2以上）

Position: Shift Lead – Data Center Operations

Job Purpose
Deliver high-quality daily operations and maintenance services within critical environments to ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management services, including preventive and ad hoc maintenance, fire, mechanical, and electrical support, while adhering to environmental safety guidelines
• Manage site operations to minimize disruption to client business activities
• Supervise shift/day technicians and, when required, vendors and contractors
• Mentor and develop technicians to ensure exceptional performance
• Issue and approve work permits (e.g., High Voltage, Fire Isolation, Hot Works) and coordinate work schedules
• Conduct and document client meetings as needed
• Report and recommend technical and operational improvements

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience in data center or critical environment facility management
• Good understanding of data center infrastructure and resiliency design (UPS, Generator, CRAC, cabling, containment routes, etc.) is a plus
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
