About the role: 
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure across the business, enjoys writing and research, and can manage multiple projects. You will support the Business Development Manager, Business Unit Leader, and Bid Manager across the sales process, including RFIs, RFPs, and proposal development. Approximately 80% of this role is sales-focused with 20% supporting business unit administration.

What you’ll do: 
Research prospective clients and prepare information packs
Support prep of meeting materials, presentations, and site visit content
Assist in coordinating and sometimes attending external events
Support RFI/RFP responses: outline responses, draft content, collect input and proof
Request quotes from subcontractors when needed
Ensure all proposal materials are accurate, polished, and well-designed
Maintain and update case studies, profiles, and BU knowledge library
Remain current on CBRE offerings and industry insights
Work with BUSCs across the business to share best practices
Support scheduling, reporting, and meeting coordination
Take meeting notes and track follow up action items
Support training coordination for support staff and contract managers
Provide coverage for contract support when required
Maintain time tracking, PTO logs, and BU level documentation
Help streamline processes to improve BU efficiency

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong writer, organized, detail-oriented, proactive
Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Microsoft Word & PowerPoint required
SharePoint, InDesign, Smartsheet, Salesforce preferred
Sales support experience is a plus but not required
May occasionally work outside standard office hours
Limited travel may be required
