CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team delivers market leading insights and precise property valuations across all sectors.
We’re excited to welcome a proactive and detail oriented Commercial Valuation Coordinator to support our high performing Commercial Support Team based in our Mount Gravatt office.
About the role:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to Commercial Valuers
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of commercial appraisal documentation
- Conduct preliminary market research, including comparable sales verification, demographics, and local area analysis
- Support the preparation of straightforward sections of valuation reports
- Deliver professional customer service via phone and email
About you:
You thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, property focused team. Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry and document handling
- Excellent organisational skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
