CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Technical Administrator for our site based in Dunton.

·     Raise and process Purchase Work Orders, Advance Purchase Requests (APRs) and expense Requisitions as requested by client Management and Engineers using the client Ariba system.

·     Monitor RQs advising approvers via e-mail of updated status and whether requestors approval is required.

·     Maintain and keep numerous spreadsheets including; variance spreadsheet of yearly site service contracts and orders raised, Ariba orders and Spend Plan as requested by Business Office and client.

·     Provide Engineering Resource Control information on order balances and invoicing throughout the year including quarterly reserves.

·     Check invoicing is complete with suppliers and raise reduction Notice of Revisions as required.

·     Assist suppliers with invoice queries via contact with Accounting/Purchase.

·     Provide IFM support to team including procurement on Mybuy.

·     Raise Site Services Internal quotations following local procedure.

·     Carry out annual record retention, updating local Site Services Inventory Matrix.

·     Work with the CMMS Coordinator to maintain daily/weekly production of work requests via the Maximo database for Ford, monitor, chase and close outstanding work orders.

·     Assist team lead in Site Services Vendor management of external contractors on waste management, water treatment and materials handling equipment.

·     Provide flexibility to support other CBRE administration functions in the office, including raising Shipping Documents for contractors on site, reading water meters, and water treatment processes.
