Job Information:
CBRE is looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in mass recruitment, to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering professional growth in a serious, well-established organization.
This is a full-time position based at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak.
A hybrid work option will be offered following an initial onboarding period.
What You’ll Do
· Lead end-to-end mass recruitment processes for technical service and operational roles
· Manage high hiring volumes while maintaining quality and timelines
· Work independently and proactively with internal stakeholders
· Develop new sourcing and recruitment channels.
· Support recruitment reporting, tracking, and employer branding activities
What You Will Deliver
· A high quality candidate pipeline.
· An exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
· Clear and analysable records in CBRE global ATS.
· Ongoing integration and engagement of hiring managers as active participants of the hiring process.
What You’ll Need
· At least 2 years of proven experience in mass recruitment (e.g. production, logistics, cleaning, technical service roles)
· Good command of English – mandatory
· Strong Excel skills – mandatory
· Canva proficiency – an advantage
· High level of independence, accountability, and process ownership
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
