Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in supervising the property management team to handle day-to-day operations
• Control and monitor vendor’s performance, such as cleaning, security, etc.
• Providing customer services, such as handling inquiries and complaints from tenants
• Build up and maintain good relationships with clients
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma and above in Property Management/ Housing Studies/ Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management/  Facilities Management/ Customer Services/ Hospitality. Candidates with more experience will be considered senior-level.
• Can-do attitude, team player, willing to change and with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good written English in FM operation related documents
