About the role:
The Manager / Assistant Manager will lead and execute industrial and logistics property transactions, provide strategic advisory to clients, and drive revenue growth for the Industrial & Logistics Services team. This role requires strong market expertise, transaction leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong expertise in the Thailand industrial and logistics property market, including pricing, zoning, infrastructure, and demand trends.
- Advise landlords, developers, investors, and occupiers on leasing, acquisition, disposal, and location strategy.
- Analyse market and financial data, conduct feasibility assessments, and deliver clear, practical recommendations to support client decisions.
- Lead end-to-end transactions from origination through execution, including negotiations, due diligence, and documentation.
- Negotiate lease and sale & purchase agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Manage valuation reviews, risk assessment, and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful transaction delivery.
- Drive new business through networking, industry relationships, and an existing client base.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while managing deal pipeline and revenue targets.
- Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Coach junior team members and promote effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities, risks, and deadlines are effectively managed.
- Ensure accurate reporting, data management, and compliance with corporate policies and industry best practices.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, or sales; industrial and logistics experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex transactions and managing key client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and provide objective, impartial advice.
- Demonstrated experience managing landlords, occupiers, and senior stakeholders, including handling conflict and challenging negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to conduct site inspections and market surveys.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a high-performance team.
