Are you a skilled engineer looking for a new opportunity? 

 

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global facilities management company, and we're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Brighton. 

 

What You'll Do: 

Keep Things Running Smoothly: You'll be responsible for planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance, making sure everything works as it should. 

Manage Sub-contractors: Oversee specialist contractors and ensure their work meets our high standards. 

Safety First: Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain accurate records. 

Fix and Maintain: Repair and maintain M&E systems including electrical, HVAC, fire systems, building fabric and more. 

Be a Problem Solver: Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies effectively within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 

Be Proactive: Identify ways to improve our services and exceed client expectations. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3), 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. 

Experience: Electrical and mechanical experience. 

Knowledge: Building maintenance 

Skills: Organised, detail-oriented, and a good communicator. 

Key Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
