The purpose of the role is:

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a HVAC Technician to join the mobile team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for all preventative maintenance and servicing on all associated equipment and services.


About the role
• To carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing on all associated equipment and services as and when directed.
• To be proactive in identifying potential breakdowns, noncompliance and opportunities for improvement
• To carry out all reactive requests from the client as directed by the management team
• To maintain up to date records of work carried out on the plant and equipment which maintains local, UK and European requirements.
• Operate and monitor plant safely.
• Maintain up to date records of work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals, BMS & CMMS systems and complete all necessary site paperwork as directed
• To comply with Company and Client safety requirements
• To comply and adhere to all safety processes which include PTW, risk assessments, method statements and all associated site and legal requirements.
• Contribute to ensure compliance to company processes.
• Maintain regular contact with Operations Managers and ensure contract non-compliance or difficulties in achieving required standards are addressed and rectified. Ensure continued compliance to SHE processes.

About you
• Time served apprenticeship.
• ONC level HVAC discipline
• City & Guilds 6087 Refrigeration and Air conditioning level 2&3
• City & Guilds 2078 Safe Handling or Refrigerants
• Good diagnostic skills,
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate, with knowledge of compute based CMMS Systems.
