Entry level Facilities Administration support role for a key client
Coordinate service and facilities team in response to customer requests

Kick start your career in Facilities Management! We’re looking for an organised and customer focused administrator to join our Facilities team and support one of our key clients. As the first point of contact for our valued client, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer requests and enquiries are managed efficiently and professionally. You’ll work alongside service providers and facilities professionals to support smooth day to day operations and maintain high service standards.
The Opportunity:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and tenant enquiries
- Coordinate service providers and support seamless FM operations
- Process work orders, billing data, and customer queries with accuracy
- Maintain account records and support onsite Facilities Managers
- Monitor service performance and uphold contractual standards
About You:
- Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Confident call handling and problem solving ability
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call centre/CRM systems
