A senior business-led role responsible for building and running CBRE’s AI capability on the clients account. The postholder owns the end-to-end AI programme, the data governance framework, and the named QA sign-off before any AI tool reaches client.
This is a newly created Programme Manager role, sitting at the intersection of business operations, data strategy, and AI enablement. The role requires commercial credibility, change leadership, and the ability to navigate a complex, regulated client environment.

Own the AI Roadmap
  • Sets direction, priorities and sequencing of all AI initiatives. Owns ideation to production, chairs the AI Working Group and leads the Champions Network.
Run the QA Gate
  • No AI tool reaches client without passing defined acceptance criteria. The Manager is the named sign-off — in partnership with D&T Partner — before any tool goes live.
Lead Tool Adoption
  • Owns the transition of each approved tool from pilot into live operations, managing change and embedding adoption across all account functions, regions and team types.
Own Data Governance
  • Owns quality, completeness and governance of all account datasets — FM, RE, BI and wider — to ensure the data foundation that AI use cases require to function.

Essential
  • Senior account or client-facing role in FM, RE or digital transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional change programmes in complex, regulated environments
  • Working knowledge of AI and data tools — able to interrogate a product critically, not a coder
  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple seniority levels and organisational boundaries
Desirable
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and quality management principles
  • Experience working within or alongside a regulated financial services client
  • Prior exposure to AI working groups, innovation programmes or technology adoption initiatives
