About the Role
The Sr Warehouse Coordinator is a driving and delivery–focused position responsible for transporting materials between warehouse and distribution locations using a CBRE box truck. This role ensures materials are delivered safely, accurately, and on time in support of a prestigious CBRE life sciences partnership.
In addition to deliveries, the role supports warehouse operations by assisting with loading, unloading, scanning, and inventory accuracy. Safety is a top priority to protect colleagues, property, and materials, while maintaining a clean and compliant working environment.
This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the opportunity for on-call delivery runs during nights and weekends as business needs require.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver materials and parts using a CBRE box truck, ensuring timely and accurate transportation between designated locations.
- Load and unload materials safely, securing shipments to prevent damage during transport.
- Scan, process, and document delivered materials in computerized inventory control systems.
- Assist with pulling orders, staging deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate lift equipment safely to support loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Support inventory management personnel as needed.
- Follow all safety, DOT, and CBRE operational procedures to protect personnel and property.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
- Valid Driver’s License required. Forklift license required; candidates must hold or obtain valid certification for safe operation.
- Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Medical DOT card as a condition of employment.
