Are you a highly organized administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy national team?
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will provide day to day administrative and operational support and office management across the business. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, coordination, reporting, and general office administration, ensuring systems, processes, and communication are well maintained.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide administrative support to operations and leadership teams 
  • Maintain asset registers, access registers, contact lists, and recruitment trackers 
  • Support HR administration, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, expenses, and financial administration 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and documentation 
  • Manage office administration including stationery, access cards, travel, internal communications and meetings 

About You: 

  • Previous experience in administration, team support, or operations assistant role
  • Strong coordination and time management skills with the ability to juggle priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, flexible, and customer focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
