What will you do?

As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will work closely with the Property Management Industrial and Logistics team. In this role, you will become familiar with the day-to-day activities of technical and asset management within commercial real estate. You will support both property and technical management teams and gain hands-on experience across the full asset lifecycle, from onboarding to operational management processes.

What are your tasks?

• Supporting the team in their daily technical management activities.
• Assisting with the collection, organization, and filing of technical and operational documentation.
• Supporting local technical management teams in the operational management of assets.
• Assisting in asset handover processes.
• Supporting the onboarding and set-up of new assets in CBRE’s Property Management portfolio.
• Collecting and organizing information for ESG-related certification processes.

What do you bring?

• You are a graduate-level student or recent graduate in Engineering.
• You are motivated to build a career in the commercial real estate industry.
• You are organized, diligent, and detail-oriented.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You communicate clearly and effectively, both in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office tools.
