About the role:
  • As a CBRE Finance Manager, you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as a liaison and responsible for various matters between LATAM locations, including reporting, accounting, and information requests.
  • Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss analyses of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives.
  • Perform projections, forecasts, accounting closings, and reports, and manage accounts receivable and payable, among other items.
  • Review balance sheet analysis, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules, as well as standard consolidated reporting packages, to ensure accuracy.
  • Review and approve basic monthly journal entries.
  • Coordinate the research, development, and preparation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in ERP (preferably workforce management software).
  • Other tasks may be assigned.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Full Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar fields, including at least 2 years in personnel management.
  • PeopleSoft proficiency
