About the Role:
Step into a pivotal role as a Facilities Sr. Analyst at CBRE, where you’ll help manage dynamic, high-traffic office environments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing approximately 250,000 square feet of assigned office space, supporting day-to-day operations while driving strong asset performance, service delivery, and workplace efficiency.
As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you’ll partner closely with vendors, maintenance engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure each space under your care is well-maintained, responsive to occupant needs, and operating at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct regular site walks to proactively identify and address facility issues.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while recommending improvements and upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures to maintain service quality and cost control.
- Create and manage purchase orders and support budget planning and ongoing budget management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for front-line client requests, providing timely and effective support.
- Create, monitor, and manage work orders through to completion, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with trades personnel and vendors to execute both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Apply cross-functional knowledge to align your work with team and departmental objectives.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after hours facilities related needs.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand budgets, including experience supporting or managing OpEx and/or CapEx spend.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring service quality and cost control.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues, apply sound judgment, and leverage relevant precedents to make informed decisions.
- Experience using a CMMS to manage and track work orders is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Strong customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness and meeting occupant and client needs in a busy office environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, supported by a curious, detail-oriented, and analytical approach.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand and apply existing procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
- Advanced mathematical skills, including proficiency with percentages, fractions, and other complex calculations.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Senior Analyst position is $45.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Facilities Senior Analyst position is $48.08 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
