The Opportunity
CBRE’s Toronto North office is seeking a self-motivated and positive minded individual to provide support for deals administration and coordination.
What the Deals Admin Coordinator does:
- Provides courteous client service to sales professionals.
- Conducts deals administration for office 60+ sales professionals.
- Prepares vouchers used to collect the commissions due to CBRE. Verifies trade voucher against the written contract. Enters all sales and lease information into the Company’s database according to the organization’s guidelines and procedures. Assists in obtaining appropriate signatures/approvals and transferring all financial information to Transaction Accounting for further processing.
- Creates electronic deal files and verifies required documents per CBRE's policies, RECO and TRREB guidelines by completing the Deal File Checklist. Manages all deal files in compliance with Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) regulations and facilitates the transfer of financial information to Transaction Accounting.
- Assists Transaction Accounting in the process of collection and distribution of client’s commission payments, and in obtaining necessary verifications of various contingencies to adhere to the Company’s revenue recognition policies.
- Updates status of listings on MLS per TRREB guidelines.
- Prepares and generates reports from Transaction Accounting Platform for sales professionals and management as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma, with 2-4 years of related experience and/or training.
- General knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for this position is $60,000-$65,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
