As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving various commercial structures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building structures and grounds. - Perform emergency preventive maintenance and document all maintenance activities. - Build, dismantle, and repair structures including walls, roofs, glass, and facia. - Collaborate with team members to interpret construction documents and understand project requirements. - Ensure all tools are cleaned, stored, and maintained for safety and optimal performance. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of relevant experience. - Physical ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs. or more) and perform tasks such as climbing and stooping. - Strong communication skills for conveying clear information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Basic math skills for calculations related to maintenance tasks.
