About the Role:

As a CBRE CMMS Manager, you will provide building maintenance and office administration support to company- managed buildings.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

This role can be worked remotely with some travel. 

What You’ll Do:

·       Organize work orders and assign them to individual technicians or work teams.

·       Review and address open and past due work orders for Vendors to ensure timely completion.

·       Oversee the creation and opening of purchase and/or work orders as needed for Vendors.

·       Monitor and manage PO accruals, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.

·       Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.

·       Work closely with engineers and technicians regarding permits and certification compliance.

·       Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team.

·       Review predictive maintenance data for trends. Provide regular reporting to the management team and client.

·       Update preventative maintenance schedules, plans, and equipment as needed, ensuring alignment with contracts.

·       Perform annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

·       Apply standard MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) principles with limited practical experience

·       Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

·       Impact the quality of own work.

·       Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

·       Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

               

What You’ll Need:

·       High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

·       Valid Driver’s License

·       Experience with CMMS or similar Maintenance Management System software.

·       Knowledge of preventative maintenance schedules and asset database management

·       Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

·       Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

·       In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

·       Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

·       Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

·       Applicants much be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for Visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CMMS Manager role is  $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Manager position is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
