About the Role:

As a CBRE Global Data Program Lead, you will manage the delivery of the data strategy, benchmarking and support of all Dedicated Consulting thought leadership with data and trending information.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead global data strategy for portfolio/workplace/occupancy strategy and space data management.
  • Lead the platform’s benchmarking program, including quantitative/qualitative data collection, insights, visualization, and the support of production and delivery of thought leadership.
  • Oversee other platform dashboard for data integrity, improvement, and expansion.
  • Serve as business SME for data governance, capture, definitions.
  • Direct business analysts on dashboard development, enhancements, usability, performance metrics, and access management.
  • Investigate new trends in workplace, occupancy, and general business conditions.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and have broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Build productive internal and client-facing relationships.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies. 
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information in straightforward situations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. 
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions and navigate ambiguity.  
  • Maintains focus and productivity in uncertain situations or without complete information. 
  • Anticipates impact to projects and/or work when there is a shift in strategic direction.
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience working with IWMS/CAFM software preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization software preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the Global Workplace Data Program Lead position is $135,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $175,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
