Collaboration is critical to success. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to support work orders, maintenance activities, and service requests, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
As part of the Facilities Management team, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the performance, reliability, and overall condition of the facilities by supporting maintenance operations, repair activities, and operational workflows.
If you’re ready to make an impact, support a dynamic environment, and thrive in a collaborative, client‑focused setting, this role offers an opportunity to grow and contribute on a high‑profile account.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day‑to‑day supervision and development support to one direct report, while coordinating activities across vendors and cross‑functional partners to ensure coverage, efficiency, and service continuity.

- Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance of building systems and equipment to maintain safety, reliability, and operational performance.
- Partner with the Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute short‑ and long‑term projects, ensuring alignment with site objectives, timelines, and operational priorities.
- Support financial management activities, including operating budgets, reforecasting, expense tracking, accruals, and variance analysis, providing clear and accurate commentary to leadership.
- Process purchase orders and support invoice review to ensure proper cost allocation, budget adherence, and compliance with financial controls.
- Analyze work order data and operational metrics to produce performance reporting, identify trends, and recommend improvements to efficiency, cost management, and service delivery.
- Conduct vendor evaluations using market research and cost‑benefit analysis to support sourcing, contracting, and renewal decisions.
- Develop, document, and maintain processes and playbooks to improve consistency, scalability, and operational clarity across facilities activities.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and new techniques that enhance team effectiveness, operational performance, and customer experience.
- Resolve complex operational issues through collaboration, sound judgment, and proactive problem solving.
- Influence cross‑functional objectives through effective communication, partnership, and informal leadership.
- Ensure all activities align with service standards and positively impact client satisfaction.
- Lead by example by modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, providing guidance and mentorship as needed to support individual and team success.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required, with 5+ years of relevant facilities experience.
- Prior supervisory or shift management experience required; additional managerial experience is a plus.
