About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Management personnel member to join our team to oversee and manage and client site (Financial Institutions).

This role will directly report to the Regional Cluster Lead and work closely with Stakeholder from Client side and other key stakeholders to support the strategic goals and requirements of the local business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site
  • Collaborate closely with peers across multiple countries – including joint initiatives, workplace experience program and best practices, approaches and outcomes, in alignment with company policies and SOPs and client’s direction.
  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working vendors, and contractors.
  • Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities. Work closely with Security and Health & Safety teams, and the landlord to ensure site security, regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures, including regular audits, compliance checks and verification processes.
  • Communicate facilities-related information effectively to employees (e.g. fire drills, power shutdown).
  • Supplier Performance & Cost Management – Monitor supplier KPIs, drive cost efficiencies, enforce SLAs, and ensure contract compliance in ANZ.
  • Maintain high level of rigor in following processes and procedures. This includes weekly meetings and reports to management, implementing new business guidelines and supporting other client initiatives.
  • Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and maintain tracker. Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
  • Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
  • Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
  • Champion Workplace Experience Program within the site and initiate improvement align with Client’s direction and Sustainability Goals.

What You’ll Need:
  • Have previous experience in Facilities Management (ideally minimum 2-3 years’ experience) – working or having worked in a corporate environment.
  • Confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively.
  • Have the dynamic ability of both Soft Services and Hard Services and always looking for improvement.
  • Critical thinker with ability to analyse issues, articulate findings and present optimal solutions
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision and possess initiatives to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Has strong skills in Microsoft Office application and FM related software, knowledge of productivity applications such as Coupa and willing to take ownership for Client’s based app for training is much preferable.
