Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to meet client expectations and contractual obligations. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work orders in alignment with operational requirements and service level agreements
  • Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual scope and client KPIs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all maintenance work, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness
  • Collaborate closely with site teams and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and service delivery performance
  • Identify gaps in maintenance planning and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to uphold service excellence and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and work order management
  • Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
