Are you passionate about driving energy efficiency, sustainability, and long term value across complex real estate portfolios? Join us as an Energy and Total Cost of Ownership Manager, where you’ll lead high impact strategies that deliver meaningful environmental and financial results across our client’s EMEA and APAC portfolio.
What You Will Do:
• Lead the development and execution of portfolio-wide energy efficiency, sustainability, and TCO strategies.
• Build and manage TCO baselines, KPIs, and comprehensive asset performance programs.
• Support Net Zero initiatives and evaluate technologies that reduce emissions and environmental impact.
• Optimise building systems, including energy management platforms and Smart Buildings solutions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and energy standards (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001).
• Oversee energy, emissions, and sustainability performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports on energy performance, TCO insights, and cost saving opportunities.
• Present quarterly updates to stakeholders and identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and Project Management teams on TCO and sustainability activities.
• Champion sustainability engagement initiatives and embed energy conservation practices into operations.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Energy, Environmental Sciences, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as CEM, LEED AP, PMP are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in energy management, sustainability, facilities management, or real estate operations, with a track record of delivering measurable energy and TCO savings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced quantitative and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex property portfolios and deliver actionable insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including handling sensitive topics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and energy modelling or digital analysis tools.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver timely, high quality service.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts, TCO modelling, and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of sustainability principles, energy management, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, automation).
